Lauren walked into our office almost four years ago with a binder of all her certifications and achievements, a smart cropped sleeve blazer, and a preppy little hair cut. Ciara would have hired her on the spot but conducted the interview for posterity. Within a few months of being hired, she created a very complicated and extremely efficient mail merge and secured her place in our hearts for ever. Since then, we honestly can’t remember the time “pre-Lauren” but it must have been a dark and dismal time.

Lauren is exceptionally well organized and gets giddy over making a new spreadsheet. Her office is always incredibly neat and tidy, unless she is working on sorting through a pile of Chris’ neglected filing. These qualities serve her well as our Dispute Resolution Coordinator as she needs to keep a lot of information organized and close to hand. She truly enjoys getting to know clients and participating in working through problems.
